GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES

To be used when you, as a parent or guardian of a CR Warrior player, have a problem arise with the way something is or is not being done within the CR Warriors organization.

Step #1 – Respectfully request a private meeting to discuss the issue with the CR Warriors representative in question. It is not appropriate to request this meeting immediately before or during a game.  NOTE: If you have any questions or issues regarding your son, be prepared to discuss your son and your son only.

Step #2 – (If you did not get the desired result in Step #1.)  Either using the form below or in writing, describe the problem at hand, sign and date the document (signing and dating not required in form below).  Get a hold of the President or Vice President to discuss the problem. The Executive Board will investigate the issue, and will let you know how they are going to act on it.
